Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) C Limited is a Guernsey domiciled investment company with an unlimited life. The Company carries out its investment objective and investment policy through its interest in investment funds that are managed by the Investment Manager, Sherborne Investors Management LP, or its affiliates.

The Company’s investment objective is to realise capital growth from investment in a target company identified by the Investment Manager with the aim of generating a significant capital return for Shareholders. The Company’s investment policy is to invest in a publicly quoted company which it considers to be undervalued as a result of operational deficiencies and which it believes can be rectified by the Investment Manager’s active involvement, thereby increasing the value of the investment. The Company will only invest in one target company at a time.
